My specialties include myofascial release, sports massage, and medical massage. I focus on releasing fascia, improving blood circulation, and enhancing range of motion to support recovery and rehabilitation. I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including spas, chiropractic offices, corporate wellness programs, and mobile events, which has allowed me to refine my skills and work with clients of all backgrounds.
